Ah, yes, Kathy Willets

Ex-jailbird earns fortune as stripper

MIAMI (Reuters) - Kathy Willets, the woman who was jailed for
prostitution despite claiming she was just a frustrated nymphomaniac,
says she expects to earn $500,000 this year in her post-prison
profession as an exotic dancer. "I think the men who come to see me
just have a good time. I let them touch me and get close. I do things
nobody else does and that's why I make so much money," she said. The
39-year-old mother of two is now a "feature act" in strip bars,
performing across the country on special engagements. She said that in
one week in June she was paid $26,000 by a club in Palm Beach County
plus $15,000 in tips. She expects her total earnings this year to reach
half a million dollars. Willets was arrested in 1991 on prostitution
charges after her neighbors complained of constant traffic outside her
Tamarac home. Her defense lawyers said she was a frustrated
nymphomaniac. Her husband Jeff, then a Broward County sheriff's deputy,
secretly videotaped her trysts with churchmen, local politicians,
businessman and other clients. After deciding to plead guilty, she
served six months in jail and her husband 18 months.*** Can someone
please remind me why I went to college? Half a million bucks??

I can remember her well. There was going to be a commemorative Postage Stamp for her.

Yes, really. It was a 20 cent stamp. 37 cents to lick it.
